Mold design Inspection
1.Is the dimension of steel Ok?
2.Is the steel selection OK?
3.Is the way of ejecting system selection OK?
4.Is the point of  injection selection OK?

Mold Core & Cavity Steel Inspection
1.Is parting surface smooth, no scratches, no rust, etc.?
2.Are gas vents on Parting Surface?
3.Does polishing meet client's requirements?
4.Is the texture correct and even?

Mold Pre-Assembly Inspection
1.Is the mold Construction as per mold drawings?
2.Are materials correct as per BOM, and the clients' specification?
3.Is the location ring as per clients' specification?
4.Is the smoothness of sprue qualified?

Tried Samples Inspection
Plastic Material, Material Color, Material Grade, NO. of Cavity, Clamping Force Used, Injection Molding Condition, Dimension of samples, finishing of samples, etc.
